Is Bayim free?

Completely free for retailers. Wholesalers are free for up to 5 customers — no card, no time limit. For more, plans from $3.33. No setup fee, cancel anytime.

How do I invite my customers?

Generate an invite link with one tap and send it on WhatsApp. Your customer taps the link, sees your catalog, and places their order. If you like, set an automatic discount for in-app orders.

How do I add my wholesaler?

Search a store by name under "Find supplier" and request access. Once the wholesaler approves you, you see their catalog and can start ordering. If they’re not on Bayim yet, you can invite them.

Open marketplace, or only people I know?

Not an open marketplace. You only work with wholesalers you’ve approved, and the wholesaler knows exactly who ordered. Prices are only visible to approved buyers. It’s a deliberate choice.

Can I work with several wholesalers at once?

Yes. Add as many wholesalers as you like from one account and order from each separately.

Is my data safe?

Your data is stored securely on GDPR- and KVKK-compliant infrastructure and is never shared with third parties. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently erased within 30 days.

Can I use it on the web?

There’s a web version at giris.bayim.app for wholesalers — ideal for managing a catalog and scanning incoming orders on a computer. Retailers get the most out of mobile.
